Questions.

Do you hang your turkeys? If so, how long do you typically hang them for? Is there a benefit to hanging a turkey?

I have never had any probleam with turkey tastin bad and I have never hung one I just get it cleaned when ever I got time....I have always just smoked them and thought that they turned out pretty darn good

any tips for cooking just a pair of turkey thighs/legs?
Either grind them up after boiling 'em and make a dressing ... or course chop 'em after boiling w/ seasoning and make pot pies ... Delicious!

OR you could heavy smoke them and cook a gumbo! :thumbsup:

Can't go wrong if you do them like this.

*Gotta watch out for the legs though. Lots of little bones. Take your time picking them out before you grind/chop them up.*
