Either grind them up after boiling 'em and make a dressing ... or course chop 'em after boiling w/ seasoning and make pot pies ... Delicious!
OR you could heavy smoke them and cook a gumbo! :thumbsup:
Can't go wrong if you do them like this.
*Gotta watch out for the legs though. Lots of little bones. Take your time picking them out before you grind/chop them up.*
