probably becasue he hunts in the blind next to you - that will be a very loud gun - BUT it will allow a real fast swing on crossing shots - it will not affect ballistic performance enough for you to realize - I really like the 26" barrels, especially on autos or pumps - just be sure to get the right
I have an 835 with a 26 in barrel and I love it. I use it for everything from dove to geese. Very new to Duck hunting though. My hunting buddy has a full camo 24 in ported barrel 835 and loves it. He got me into the sport. He's never had any problems. However whoever is sitting beside you might they are very loud.
yeah, what they said. if you don't believe it, trade guns and you sit next to him.
probably will never see a difference in ballistic performance, but we refused to hunt with one guy until he bought another barrel; unported.
