I can pull the studies they reference, but I know it's a waste of time.
The definition is far from 100% effective. And if you nasal swab everyone, you will see far more "breakthrough" cases. Getting the sniffles and then testing positive is a case. Hell, you don't even need to have the sniffles. Just a routine screening, something we have never done.
And I read a number of your references, and none linked to actual studies. The one I linked said you were immune because more than half didn't. Proving that many did get reinfected. It just wasn't clear what level of infection. I'll bet for the specific test to maximize exposure, if they had done nasal swabs it would have been nearer 100% when including all the meaningless infections.
