Can't find anything via the Google that states he can't have license. May be best to purchase online rather than in person though. Example the DMV could refuse service, call the law or if law enforcement is in the building have them detain you for the warrants. So probably best to purchase online and stay out of any official buildings.

Best bet is to handle warrants and be on the right side of things but if not possible I cant locate anything stating he can't hunt....unless he's a felon then it's a whole other problem with firearm possession.

Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice, just some simple advice after some Google digging out of curiosity on the topic.

Thanks. My cousin is running from warrants, back to Nebraska. He has access to the platte near Lexington. Him not having a license will mean me not having access. Thanks for the response.

Rolled a vehicle. DUI and some assault charge for endangering the passenger. Lied to his attorney about having a job to be on work release. They won't take him in county because of Covid. His life has gone downhill the last year +. He won't work.
