Got a word from my buddy on the colorad waterfowl forum to watch out for someone. Just thought I would let you guys know that Waterfowl Smackdown (goes by max on the CW forum) is a scamer. If he asks you for things, dont give it to him. He has tried to sell things he has borrowed. Just a forwarnig(sp )

Iv heard that that kid was not that good. I think he has been banned from some sites. I have also heard he has alot of other usernames.

Guys, "Waterfowlsmackdown" Kid from longmont Co. Named Max, Do not trade with him, He is a liar and cheat. Traded Deeks and he gave me a bogus tracking number for his stuff, he finally fessed up after I threatened with police. Either way, I still haven't got my personal decoys back. Be careful with him

Greenster can not fully answer this one. But if this guy hasn't broken any rules on this site we have no basis to ban him by. And until a rule has been broken he/she will most likely not be banned.

There are also other circumstance why a user would not be banned

IE: file charges with the individuals ISP
