For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on
nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those
conflicting medical studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than
Americans.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than
Americans.

3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks
than Americans

4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer
heart attacks than Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is
apparently what kills you.

I'm not lazy! I take a break from eating junk food and plugging my brain into the government's brainwashig machine (aka Television) and take the long walk to the refridgerator! That's gotta count for something!

SC that's what I always say when I hear those new studies that say eat this food, don't eat that food, this or that will give you cancer. If you listened to half that crap you might be able to drink water and eat carrots. That's what drives Americans to heart attacks is the stress from deciding whether or not to eat certain things.

Yeah they're so stressed about deciding what they are allowed to eat that they forget to exercise!

I honestly don't think smoking has anything to do with it, because my experience in Japan was that everyone smoked like a damn chimney and they all stil live longer than us.

Now if you will excuse me, I have to get off the computer and go sit around!

I think its the processed foods, I cut that crap out of my diet and now have more energy for hunting, oh and other stuff. I still drink too much beer. But at least I don't have to worry about a heart attack in some swamp, after all, who wants to drop their gun in the mud?

I smoke, I drink WAY to much beer and eat too much "garbage" food. I got a belly on me, but i'm out walking so much at work, in the great outdoods that a heart attack has never crossed my mind and i keep myself stress free. It's stess thats killing so many people in North America. Day to day life has become way to hectic, people have to learn not to sweat the petty things and "stop to smell the flowers".
