September is such a smorgasboard! We chase band-tailed pigeons early to avoid the dove crowds. Then chukar and forest grouse, sage grouse, if the God's smile a sandhill crane, then the muzzleloader for deer. Then October comes and things get even better!

I'll usually go varminting of some for or another in the late spring, early summer. The first serious hunt is usually coyotes (mixed in throughout the year as well) or grouse, then partridge, waterfowl, pheasant, a little more waterfowl and a little more partridge. I've pretty much given up on doves, despite a couple of failed attempts in recent years. All my old dove spots are now subdivisions. A lot of the doves are still there, just might not be the best idea to shoot them as they fly into someone's flower beds.

same a greenhead. except my favorite is duck man it's awesome. al though In my home land (north Dakota) duck season ussually last 4 weeks and every thing is frozen then we chase the snows out of the fields. the hardest thing is when the snow come a deer season starts. deer hunting there is awesome there is nothin glike hiting a runing deer at full speed across a plowed corn field and and watching it roll in the dirt at 200 yards. It really gets the blood going
