No posts on here since 2018! Gentlemen, honestly! Well, let me reignite this sub forum.

Yesterday was quite eventful. Went to my buddy's property and set up. One goose checked my spread, heard my sweet calls. Nuttin. About 9:30 two flew past. Same deal. 10:00 - the loaner returned. You got it. Nuttin again. A mile north of me some guys must have found the "X;" they got all the shootin! So much for my Eastern Shoreman call. :lol3:

Don't know if I'll get out next week. And next Saturday I am volunteering at my gun club for 4-H.

On a brighter note - went to the Delta Waterfowl dinner last night (Pymatuning chapter). Even got my handsome face on FB. Good food, new wife met some of my friends from the club. Really a good day over all, with thanks to God above.

I'll help with this post.
Snow Geese are starting to arrive at Middle Creek here in SE Pa. Might have to hunt the line at MC, at least give the dawg some feel good time while we try and skybust em as they fly off. LOL
Got this email from MC yesterday.

"Big numbers of snow geese started arriving around 9:30 today. There are no official numbers at this point, but there are tens of thousands (50,000?). Numbers should increase in the next week or two. As far as the peak date and peak numbers? . . . We will only know that in hindsight after the fact. Snow Geese will remain in the area until conditions to our North (the Finger Lakes area of New York) achieve the same snow melt and food availability as Middle Creek had when they arrived."
