[redlegged mallard]

season opens up here in southern ks this weekend and i havnt seen to many around. i saw 2 flocks of geese today while i was at football practice. but other then that i havnt seen ne on the ponds or lakes. is there ne one north of wichita ks that has seen ne?

well, thats too bad, it doesnt open till the 30th here in illinois.. I went out to fiddle with my blind today since i dont have classes on tues or thurs and there were about 50 ducks and about 30 geese hanging around.. when i was leaving, another flock came in.. Hopefully they will be there sat.

still not seein many ducks around but have been seein alot of specks and a few big canadians around saw a flock of about 100 specks headed you way about 24 hrs. ago I live almost straight North of you. Witchita about3hr. drive south of me :hammering:

Saw about 25-30 specks fly over Hutchinson this afternoon when I was going to class. To bad they closed Quivira cause of the whooping cranes.
