Nope, worse was the "Lucky You" on the lower pelvis of the 250lb-er...

Yuck! A surgeon buddy of mine told me (I cannot remember if this happened to him personally or if he read this somewhere) of a patient coming in to the hospital for an outpatient procedure and had her pubic hair dyed green and a tattoo on her lower, lower abdomen that said 'stay off the grass.'

I met a girl once and she had a tattoo between her shoulder blades, her name was Laural and the tattoo was of her name. As she discribed it, it was so it said Laural while she was on her knees and you're looking down and if we were behind her and she was on all fours....classy lady I tell ya, and she was pretty attractive.
