yeah, that is a good one.
some other things i've found that will work well on those days:
a tight group of a dozen or so dekes out front with a number of smaller pairs and threesomes (1drake 2 hens) spaced out about 15 yards from each other in a large area around the main body.
one large raft with lots of space between each deke providing lots of places for birds to land "in" the dekes. (widgeon and teal love this one)
running the dekes in a straight line from shore off of one side of the blind for about 30 yards and then "L" shaping it back across the front of the blind at the farthest point. (works good for birds that come in from the sides)
