Will my bird still be mountable

This past Wednesday I shot 2 Drake canvasbacks on Maryland's eastern shore and once I got home on Thursday I froze them. Today something told me to check on them and when I did I realized that they had not yet frozen. My question is that after 3 days of being held at 40 degree temps will they still be mountable?
