Do you put your wood duck decoys in your spread all season or leave them at home when wood ducks aren't around? I always did the latter however this year I'm working with a limited number of decoys and wondering if keeping the wood ducks in my spread to keep my numbers up would be a good or bad move. Thoughts?

For me, it would depend on the spread's location and how the wood duck decoys ride. Even when hunting our standing camp spreads, I've always culled any water-keeled woodies from them, because their high profile and center of gravity makes them bad for slaloming in strong winds.
